Product Description

1. Model 86 is a new type of digital stepping motor driver. It adopts the latest 32-bit DSP digital processing technology. The driver control algorithm adopts the advanced current-converting and frequency-converting technology.Users can set any subdivision in 200~51200 and any current value in rated current, which can meet the needs of most applications.Due to the use of built-in micro-division technology, even under the conditions of low subdivision, can also achieve high subdivision effect, low, medium and high-speed operation are very stable, noise is very small.The driver integrates the auto-tuning function of on-parameter, which can automatically generate optimal running parameters for different motors and maximize motor performance.
Characteristics
The new 32-bit DSP technology can drive 4,6,8-wire two-phase stepper motor with built-in high subdivision pulse response frequency up to 500KHz (factory default 200KHz). The current can be controlled arbitrarily between 0.1 and 5.6A.

Suitable for all kinds of small and medium-sized automation equipment and instruments, such as: engraving machine, marking machine, cutting machine, laser photo-setting, plotter, CNC machine, automatic assembly equipment, etc.The application effect is especially good in the equipment with low noise and high speed.

Type 57 drives can drive four-, six-, or eight-wire two-phase/four-phase motors with TL860 series-parallel connection (exchange A+, A-position if motor steering is different from desired).The following figure details the connection of 4-wire, 6-wire and 8-wire stepper motors:

Attention:
1) Different motor corresponding to the color, when using the motor information according to the description, such as 57 and 86 motor line color is different.
Phase is relative, but windings of different phases cannot be connected to terminals of the same phase of the actuator (A+, A- is one phase, B+, B- is another), 57HS22 motor lead definition, series, parallel connection method as shown in the figure below.
